My name is Michelle, and I'm a writer, editor, and trained mental health worker. I combine these skills in my weekly newsletter, The Mini-Scroll.

In this email that will be coming into your inbox every week (on Sunday mornings, usually), I write about unrushed creative living and the small but significant ways in which we can find pause amid the incessant hurry and worry. I'm of the opinion that far too much is going on in the world and in our lives, and we could do with a little more slowing, silence, and stillness. The Mini-Scroll is a space dedicated to this.
